  1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to:

  • Limited edition items or items marked as "Limited Edition".
  • Sale items or items marked as "Final Sale".
  • Any consumable food products.

1.3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at cheers@barebonestiki.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning your item.
  3. Once you receive your instructions, securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
  4. Send it to the address provided by our customer service team.

1.4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

2.2. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds typically take 5 business days to process after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

2.3. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team at cheers@barebonestiki.com.

  1. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at cheers@barebonestiki.com. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return process must be followed.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
